These terms apply when you use site-refresh.com and when you engage Site Refresh (“we”, “us”) to design or maintain a website. By using the site or our services, you agree to them.

Our services

We design, build, and optionally maintain websites. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any project are agreed with you before work begins. The demo sites on this website are sample concepts for illustration; the businesses shown in them are fictional unless stated otherwise.

Pricing & payment

One-time builds start at $500 and care plans are billed monthly, as shown on our pricing section. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Care plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Satisfaction guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee on the initial build. If you're not happy, contact us and we'll make it right or refund your build fee. The details of any refund are handled directly and in good faith.

Ownership

When your project is paid in full, you own your website, its content, and your domain. We retain the right to reference completed work in our own portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and the content or access we need to do the work.
• Ensure you have the rights to any material (logos, text, images) you supply us.
• Use the site and our services lawfully and not attempt to disrupt or misuse them.

Disclaimers & liability

The website is provided “as is.” While we work hard to deliver fast, secure, reliable sites, we can't guarantee specific business outcomes such as search rankings, traffic, or sales. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question.

We may update these terms as our services evolve. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
